Weekend Crew Members are an important and valued part of the Club Getaway Organization. We hope that you enjoy spending time at Club Getaway and feel a full part of our team and family. To complete this application we ask that you agree to these terms and conditions: We, at Club Getaway will do our best to: • Provide you with a fun, exciting and unique time when you are working at Club Getaway. • Introduce you to Club Getaway, your role, and what the expectations are • Provide you with a role description and a full explanation of your duties/responsibilities. • Provide you with any necessary feedback • Provide you with Transportation to and from New York City where possible. If not we will reimburse you for your train ticket from New York City only. • Respect your skills, dignity and individual wishes and do our best to meet them • Consult with you and keep you informed of possible changes that will affect you • Provide a safe workplace • Apply our equal opportunities/equity policy • Apply our complaints procedure where appropriate • Provide you with the following documents It is understood that by agreeing to be at Club Getaway as a Weekend Crew Member (Herein after known as WCM) the following terms and conditions apply: 1. WCM will conduct all activities with high standards, professionalism, and good taste, and will do nothing to cause detriment to the reputation or goodwill of Club Getaway. 2. WCM will disclose to Club Getaway if you have been arrested, charged or convicted of a violent or sexual crime. 3. WCM permits Club Getaway Operatingco LLC. to conduct a background check at Club Getaway's expense. 4. WCM agrees to the code of conduct in the Weekend Crew Manual. 5. WCM may be given access to addresses, phone numbers, e-mail and other contact information of guests and staff. WCM acknowledges that this information constitutes trade secrets, confidential information, or communications and/or proprietary information that are exclusive property of Club Getaway and WCM agrees not to provide this information to any other entity, nor copy share, exchange, download, remove, or utilize this information in any way that is detrimental to Club Getaway. 6. Without written permission, WCM cannot speak to the media about anything that has occurred or expecting to occur at Club Getaway. 7. WCM will be responsible for having Medical Insurance. 8. WCM agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, verbally or in writing, or accept for another entity such as Club Getaway or Club Getaway Adventures, any patrons or employees of Club Getaway. 9. WCM agrees that Club Getaway will not be responsible for any injury suffered by WCM, unless the injury occurred during performance of Club Getaway duties, and within the Workmen's compensation laws of Connecticut. 10. Should it be deemed necessary for the WCM's health, Club Getaway will make every effort to reach out to reach the WCM's emergency contact. Club Getaway reserves the right to have WCM hospitalized or to use outside medical, surgical, or dental aid, in which case all expenses will be the responsibility of WCM, except where covered by Workmen's Compensation Law.
