2027 School Trip Booking & Payment Policy

We're excited to welcome your school to Club Getaway! To help make planning your trip as smooth as possible, please review the following booking and payment requirements.

Confirming your reservation

Your Club Getaway proposal is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. To confirm your reservation, Club Getaway must receive the following within those 30 days:

Option 1 – Deposit

• Signed contract
• $45 per-student deposit

Option 2 – Purchase Order

• Signed contract
• Purchase Order for the full contracted amount of the trip

If the required contract and payment arrangements are not received within 30 days, Club Getaway reserves the right to release the date to another school.

Schools using purchase orders

If your school or district is paying by Purchase Order:

• The PO must cover the full contracted amount, not just the deposit.
• The PO must be received within 30 days of the proposal date.
• Please allow sufficient time for your school or district's internal approval process.

Because Purchase Orders can require multiple levels of approval, we strongly recommend beginning the PO process as soon as you receive your proposal.

Final payment

For schools not using a Purchase Order, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the trip. A check for the remaining balance may also be brought on the day of the trip with prior approval from Club Getaway.

Schedules & housing

Final schedules and, when applicable, housing assignments will be released once the required contract and payment arrangements are in place.
