THE HILLTOP
Dispersed among gorgeous lakeside vistas, verdant mountains and luscious valleys are a number of both indoor and outdoor event spaces, to meet your various event needs.
The Hilltop is where the main event takes place. You will say “I do”, surrounded by your loved ones, during a beautiful ceremony, overlooking the lake.
With exclusive use of the property and a full array of activities to choose from, you and your guests will enjoy a packed schedule of activities and events, led by our highly trained and charismatic staff.
THE WHITE TENT
After the cocktail hour, guests will make their way to The White Tent for the wedding reception. This 5,400 square foot tent, with 24 x 28 foot dance floor, can fit up to 300 guests. Tent sides and heating units are available for those cooler spring and fall nights.

THE BOATHOUSE
The 3,200 square foot Boat House, down by the lake, is the perfect place for a late-night after party. Complete with stage, DJ booth, and bar, this is a great place to keep the party going after your reception is done. And on warm nights, there is no better spot than the Boat House Deck, one of two great options for your Saturday evening cocktail hour.

THE MOUNTAIN HOUSE
The Mountain House is Club Getaway’s rustic, yet elegant, main dining room, and home to our breakfast buffet. This is also a great option for Friday night dinner.
THE ROAD HOUSE
The Road House Lodge is the smaller of our two dining rooms. Reminiscent of a ski lodge, this is a great multi-purpose space. Outfitted with cozy Adirondack furniture and a bar, our wedding couples find it a welcoming spot to gather with friends and family before and after dinner on Friday night.
THE COURTYARD
Located between The Road House and The Mountain House, The Courtyard is often used, in conjunction with the latter, for after-dinner activities on Friday evening. The second of our two cocktail-hour venues, with its fire pits and outdoor lighting, is magical after sunset.

THE PATIO
Located between the White Tent and Overlooking the Hilltop and the lake the patio is the most beautiful setting that can be used for a whole host of possibilities.
Welcome your guests there for a cocktail hour while watching the sun go down, host mixers and so much much more.

So what sort of things do we have for you and your friends to enjoy? Our adventure courses are enough to satisfy any thrill seeker. Try ziplining, our Aerial Park, tackle The BEAST, or sore from our Giant Swings.
Feel like chilling out before the big day? Hang out down by the lake and try some paddle boarding, or play on our WIBIT Waterpark, do some arts and crafts or hike through the beautiful Berkshires mountains.

Camp isn’t quite like you remember it. At Club Getaway, our 85+ rustic cabin rooms are both air-conditioned and heated, feature comfy memory foam mattresses, have private bathrooms and daily housekeeping.
Rooms of two, three, and four, allow for the perfect blend of privacy and camaraderie.
No sleeping bags needed, all bedding and bathroom towels are included. The only things missing are TVs and telephones, but we promise that with all there is to do… you won’t really miss them This is time to disconnect from electronics and reconnect with friends and family (but for those who can’t help themselves, don’t worry there is cell service and wifi available).

Our culinary team prides itself on serving innovative meals, with food made fresh daily in our kitchen. In addition to your cocktail hour and reception, your Wedding Weekend will include a welcoming family-style dinner on Friday night, bountiful breakfasts each morning, and a lunch buffet to satisfy everyone’s tastes. No one will leave Club Getaway hungry. Below, you will find a sample cocktail hour and wedding reception menu to give you a sense of what your event could look like.
However, this is just a taste of the plethora of options you have. Please see Menu Selections for more of our abundant offerings. If you don’t see your favorite food item listed, don’t worry. Whenever possible, we are happy to incorporate your personal favorites (and even family recipes) into your event’s menu.
